Appearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee tomorrow, here’s a partial transcript of Judge Amy Coney Barrett’s opening statement:
I also clerked for Justice Scalia, and like many law students, I felt like I knew the justice before I ever met him, because I had read so many of his colorful, accessible opinions. More than the style of his writing, though, it was the content of Justice Scalia’s reasoning that shaped me. His judicial philosophy was straightforward: A judge must apply the law as written, not as the judge wishes it were. Sometimes that approach meant reaching results that he did not like. But as he put it in one of his best known opinions, that is what it means to say we have a government of laws, not of men.Amy Coney Barrett
They’re trying to protect Biden.
President Trump won the first debate despite a terrible and biased moderator in Chris Wallace, and everybody knows it. For the swamp creatures at the Presidential Debate Commission to now rush to Joe Biden’s defense by unilaterally canceling an in-person debate is pathetic. That’s not what debates are about or how they’re done.
Here are the facts: President Trump will have posted multiple negative tests prior to the debate, so there is no need for this unilateral declaration. The safety of all involved can easily be achieved without canceling a chance for voters to see both candidates go head to head. We’ll pass on this sad excuse to bail out Joe Biden and do a rally instead.President Trump’s Campaign
Moderating the first presidential debate, Fox News commentator Chris Wallace repeated the lie about Charlottesville – that President Trump referred to white supremacists as very fine people. That fabricated falsehood has been repeatedly debunked, and Wallace knows that.
The facts are well known. A rally of citizens wishing to preserve local historical monuments was joined by opposing political activists seeking to tear down statues. These are the groups, with diverse opinions, that President Trump identified – not, as liberal media agents promote, members of the KKK.
Nevertheless, Wallace chose to repeat this lie for millions of viewers to hear. He then went on to ask President Trump:
…are you willing tonight to condemn white supremacists and militia groups and to say that they need to stand down and not add to the violence in a number of these cities as we saw in Kenosha and as we’ve seen in Portland.Chris Wallace
Putting aside for the moment that these are Biden supporters (Antifa & Black Lives Matter), which are responsible for observed riots and violence – why ask this question? After all, as co-moderator of the Republican primary debate on March 3, 2016, in Detroit, Michigan, Chris Wallace asked then candidate Donald Trump:
Governor Romney talked about your position on race and the controversy over your failure to denounce David Duke on Sunday. You have repeatedly disavowed him since then, but I’d like to go deeper on that. What are your views on the Ku Klux Klan and white supremacists?Chris Wallace
Of course, Wallace never asked Biden to denounce Black Lives Matter or Antifa – because these are his supporters, he can’t.
And, contrary to failed efforts accusing President Trump of racism, it is former Vice President Joe Biden who has a record of racist remarks.
Conservative radio talk show host Rush Limbaugh had an interesting take on why debate moderator Chris Wallace repeated himself:
There is a reason this question is continually asked, particularly right now, and it’s because it’s very possible that the Democrat candidate is bleeding black votes in their internal polling.Rush Limbaugh
As such, Chris Wallace was happy to regurgitate talking points for the Left.
The first presidential debate is scheduled for Tuesday, September 29, 2020, and, following a report confirming that then Vice President Joe Biden was briefed about concerns regarding the role of his son, Hunter Biden, on the board of Ukrainian natural gas firm Burisma Holdings, his assertion that, I have never spoken to my son about his overseas business dealings, was a lie.
If Joe isn’t asked about this at the debate, it will be journalistic malpractice. Do you hear that, Chris Wallace? If you don’t bring this up, the fact that Biden’s lying through his teeth when he says he’s never spoken to his son about this, it will be journalistic malpractice.Rush Limbaugh
Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg has died tonight at the age of 87. The Supreme Court announced her death, stating the cause was complications from metastatic cancer of the pancreas. Ginsburg had battled cancer for years. The Post Millennial
The Senate and the nation mourn the sudden passing of Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and the conclusion of her extraordinary American life.Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell
Following campaign remarks in Minnesota, President Trump was informed of Ginsburg’s passing –
She just died? Wow. I didn’t know that, you’re telling me now for the first time. She led an amazing life. What else can you say? She was an amazing woman, whether you agree or not. She was an amazing woman who led an amazing life. I am actually sad to hear that. I’m sad to hear that.President Donald J. Trump
In the last midterm election before Justice Scalia’s death in 2016, Americans elected a Republican Senate majority because we pledged to check and balance the last days of a lame-duck president’s second term. We kept our promise. Since the 1880s, no Senate has confirmed an opposite-party president’s Supreme Court nominee in a presidential election year.
By contrast, Americans reelected our majority in 2016 and expanded it in 2018 because we pledged to work with President Trump and support his agenda, particularly his outstanding appointments to the federal judiciary. Once again, we will keep our promise, President Trump’s nominee will receive a vote on the floor of the United States Senate.Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell
On September 9, 2020, President Trump released a new list of potential Supreme Court nominees – as follows:

I believe that, despite threats of ramped up rioting from Biden supporters, President Trump, per authority granted to him in the US Constitution, must nominate a conservative justice to the Supreme Court. In turn, the Senate must vote to confirm that nominee. If the shoe were on the other foot, democrats would not hesitate to act – nor should we.
Regarding republicans in name only –
If a Republican senator fails to support a qualified, originalist nominee from the president, then their status as a Republican must be forfeited. Every effort to be made to effect their de facto expulsion from the party, whether it’s by a state recall, expelling them from the party caucus, stripping them of committee seats, or supporting a direct primary challenger. To falter in this moment is a betrayal of what Republicans have promised their voters for decades.Revolver.news
Speaking Wednesday during a Constitution Day celebration at Hillsdale College, in Michigan, Attorney General William Barr made reference to over zealous restrictions imposed by state authorities, as applicable to COVID-19…
You know, putting a national lockdown, stay at home orders, is like house arrest. Other than slavery, which was a different kind of restraint, this is the greatest intrusion on civil liberties in American history.Attorney General William Barr

Prior to leftist organizations such as Google, Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, censoring medical opinion from America’s Frontline Doctors, whose website was subsequently shutdown by SquareSpace during their appearance on the steps of the US Supreme Court – video of which is available at Tea Party Patriots – their message was clear:
If Americans continue to let so-called experts and media personalities make their decisions, the great American experiment of a Constitutional Republic with Representative Democracy, will cease.
Open The Schools
It’s clear that a complete economic lockdown causes more harm than good, and that certainly applies to schools as well. In a recent analysis by The Foundation for Research on Equal Opportunity, evidence suggests that school-aged children between 5 and 14 have a minimal 1 in 1.5 million chance of dying of COVID-19. On the other hand, they face a 1 in 200,000 chance of dying of influenza.
Nevertheless, democrats continue to fight against re-opening schools. Why? Because perpetuating The COVID-19 Panic is essential in having any chance of winning the presidential election on November 3, 2020.
Here are a few related points I’ve paraphrased from @DrJanesDC on Twitter –
Without The COVID-19 Panic…
- Democrats can’t keep voters isolated from each-other; limited communication pushes the national conversation into digital space, where Big Tech has control.
- Democrats cannot keep their blue state economies shut down to block US economic growth; wherein, thriving economies are counter to the political interests of Democrats.
- Democrats cannot shut down rallies and political campaign efforts of President Trump, which they desperately need to do in key battleground states.
- Democrats cannot advance, influence or organize their preferred presidential debate format – a virtual presidential debate series serving to dilute support for President Trump.
Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Arkansas) recently introduced a bill which asserts America was founded on July, 4, 1776, when its fundamental principles were established in the Declaration of Independence, and prohibits the use of federal funds for teaching that America was founded on slavery:
The New York Times’s 1619 Project is a racially divisive, revisionist account of history that denies the noble principles of freedom and equality on which our nation was founded. Not a single cent of federal funding should go to indoctrinate young Americans with this left-wing garbage.Sen. Tom Cotton
Texas Senator Ted Cruz rips Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s asinine attack on federal officers defending federal property in Portland, Oregon:
Many progressives are frighteningly narrow-minded, intellectually cloistered and authoritarian. They tend to believe their opinions are facts (or so morally superior that they ought to be treated as such) and so are justified in censoring opposing views as inarguably false, immoral, offensive, or politically incorrect.David Limbaugh | cnsnews.com
Despite people suffering internationally under oppressive socialist regimes, Joe Biden thinks this burden on Americans would be acceptable in exchange for bolstering dictatorial control. Not a chance – vote Trump 2020!!! And, get this bumper sticker.

With a history of racism that goes back decades, democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden continues his predictable free fall toward obscurity with a seemingly endless stream of gaffes. Add to the list this quote, from yesterday:
If you have a problem figuring out whether you’re for me or Trump, then you ain’t black!Joe Biden
Here are a few more classic quotes from Biden’s mouth –
…poor kids are just as bright and just as talented as white kids.Joe Biden
I got a lot, I got hairy legs that, that, that, that turn blonde in the sun, and the kids used to come up and reach in the pool and rub my leg down so it was straight and then watch the hair come back up again. They’d look at it. I learned about roaches, I learned about kids jumping on my lap.Joe Biden
You cannot go to a 7-Eleven or a Dunkin’ Donuts unless you have a slight Indian accent. I’m not joking.Joe Biden
You got the first mainstream African-American who is articulate and bright and clean and a nice-looking guy. I mean, that’s a storybook, man.Joe Biden
I think the Democratic Party could stand a liberal George Wallace — someone who’s not afraid to stand up and offend people, someone who wouldn’t pander but would say what the American people know in their gut is right.Joe Biden

What if staying at home for months reduces immunity…What if more people have been infected with the virus in their homes than outside them…What if there are as many credible scientists and physicians who disagree with the government as those who agree with it…What if government orders to nursing homes and assisted living facilities to accept the sick and contagious are insane…What if the government makes health care decisions not on the basis of medicine or human nature but statistics…What if the government won’t admit that its understanding of science is colored by politics…What if the government decrees that music stores are essential but the free exercise of religion is not…What if — when the pandemic is over — the government remains tyrannical…Source: foxnews.com
