Sen. Cruz Urges U.S. Supreme Court to Hear Emergency Appeal on Pennsylvania Election Challenge

WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) issued the following statement in support of the U.S. Supreme Court hearing an emergency appeal challenging the election results in Pennsylvania:

Today, an emergency appeal was filed in the U.S. Supreme Court challenging the election results in Pennsylvania. This appeal raises serious legal issues, and I believe the Court should hear the case on an expedited basis. The Pennsylvania Constitution requires in-person voting, except in narrow and defined circumstances. Robert Epstein’s Midterm Warning

In a recent interview with Breitbart News Tonight, Dr. Robert Epstein, the senior research psychologist at the American Institute for Behavioral Research and Technology, speculated as to whether or not ‘democracy is dead’.

Given that 90% of search around the world is conducted by one company, Google, this represents a substantial power to shift opinions. We’ve also witnessed an increasing trend by Facebook, etc., to suppress conservative speech.

I calculate that these companies will be able to shift upwards of 12 million votes in November with no one knowing that they’re doing so … and without leaving a paper trail for authorities to trace.
